ClashFit (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) values your privacy and is committed to
protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how ClashFit collects, uses, and manages
your personal data.
1. Information We Collect
The App collects minimal information from users through social login (Google login).
- Email Address: We collect your email address via Google social login for user
identification and account management.
- Workout Data: Workout data, training routines, and statistics that you log are
stored on the server.
2. Purpose of Collecting Personal Information
The personal information we collect is used for the following purposes:
- Social Login and Account Management: To handle account creation and login using
Google social login.
- Workout Tracking and Statistics: To provide personalized workout statistics and
routines based on the workout data logged by users.
- Sharing Workout Records: To allow users to optionally share workout records via
social features.
3. Data Storage and Protection
- Storage Location: Your personal information and workout data are stored securely on
the server.
- Retention Period: Data will be retained indefinitely as long as the user does not
delete their account. Upon account deletion, data will be retained for 3 months and then securely
deleted.
- Security Measures: We employ technical and administrative safeguards, such as
encryption, to ensure your personal data is protected against unauthorized access or use.
4. Sharing of Personal Information
The App does not share your personal information with third parties. However, we may provide information
to legal authorities if required by law or in response to legal processes.
5. Account and Data Deletion
Users may delete their ClashFit account and all associated personal data at any time using either of the
following methods:
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account directly within the ClashFit app by
navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Once the deletion request is
submitted through the app, your account will be deactivated immediately, and all personal data
(including email address and workout records) will be permanently deleted within 3 months.
- Email Request: Alternatively, you may request account deletion by contacting us at
clashfit.app@gmail.com with the subject line "Account
Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your ClashFit account.
- Data Retention After Deletion: Upon receiving a deletion request, all personal data
(including email address and workout records) will be retained for up to 3 months for dispute
resolution or legal compliance, after which it will be permanently and securely deleted and cannot
be restored.
6. User Rights and Access
You have the right to access, modify, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information at
any time. To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the
app, or contact us at clashfit.app@gmail.com. You can also
contact us via email for any inquiries regarding your personal information.
7. Location Data
The App does not collect any location data.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or services, and any significant changes
will be notified to users through the App’s announcements.
